Coach Aaron Brady goes into depth on his 3-4 Okie Attack Defense System. This is a gap sound defensive system that is adjustable to your personnel and includes a lot of movement and various stunts and blitzes. This system has a built-in plan to defend RPO's, option based runs, and the spread.
