Coach Pat Fox (Head Coach at Pontiac Notre Dame Prep HS, MI) has revamped his aggressive 4-2-5 G-Defense System. This system can stop a large variety of offensive systems, with a focus on 10 and 11 personnel. In addition to the 4-2-5, Coach Fox has implemented split coverages, which allows athletes to play with maximum speed.
